X-ten X-Lite / X-Pro

This is one of the better soft phones that we have tested. The lite version is fairly full featured and the price is right. This is the quickest way to get up and running with our service until your hard phone arrives. You can download it and find full documentation at Xten's website.

NOTE: Do not try to use the # key to send a call as it will be interpreted as part of the phone number. Use the green phone symbol or the enter key instead

STEP 1:

See on  the top 3 buttons, click the arrow type button on the left and select "sip account setting" and select "Properties" then proceed

STEP 2:

Follow the menu the Menu tab on the top of the pop-up

STEP 3:

Select Tab "Account" and fill up as per the given template.

Display Name:   Enter your Full name, this will show up as part of your callerid.
User Name:  Enter the phone number you chose when you signed up for our service.
Password:   Enter the password that you chose when you signed up for our service.
Domain  sip.aleesvoip.com
Domain/Realm:   aleesvoip.com

Select Tab  "voicemail" and set as per the template

Select tab "Topology" and set as per the template

Go to tab "Presence" and see the setting is as per template		 x-lite4 
STEP 7 -
Go to "Advanced" tab and see it  		 x-lite5 

 

After changing the settings, close the menu window by clicking on the "X" button at the top right of the window.
