Please read and accept before you sign for the services of AleesVoip

The following disclaimers apply to our Calling Plan
accounts, as noted:
Pay As You Go
- Prepaid Call Credit expires after one year from
the date of purchase. It have 5 cents connection charges
- International mobile carriers will charge the
caller for any error messages and will be deducted from your account
at the end of each call.
- e911 Emergency Services are only included with
accounts that purchase a AleesVoip Phone Number provided by our
carrier service provided you register your e911 address by going to
your CP (Control Panel)
- Pay As You Go service does not include a PSTN
phone number to receive calls.
LiteLine
- Prepaid Call Credit expires after one year from
the date of purchase. It can be auto-charged provided the customer
sets the same in his CP or he the call will be disconnected once the
purchase minutes are fully charged.
- International mobile carriers will charge the
caller for any error messages and will be deducted from your account
at the end of each call.
- e911 Emergency Services are only included with
accounts that purchase a AleesVoip Phone Number provided by our
Carrier Service.
- Plan price is determined by the location of the
phone number you choose.
- International numbers have a $9.95 setup fee.
Unlimited Calling Plans
- Number porting is only available for US or
Canada numbers.
- A $20.95 setup fee will be added to your account
after your number is successfully ported.
- Calls to US Virgin Islands and countries outside
of this calling plan are charged at normal rates and require long
distance credit.
- International numbers have an additional $9.95
setup fee.
- PBX users such as Asterisk are not permitted to
use Unlimited Calling Plans.
- International mobile carriers will charge the
caller for any error messages and will be deducted from your account
at the end of each call.
- Residential Unlimited Plans are based on typical
residential voice usage and is not permitted for commercial use.
AleesVoip retains the right to require account upgrade or suspend
service if the calling habits are outside these guidelines.
- The Business Unlimited Plans are based on the
calling habits of the average small office user. Businesses that
require multiple users making simultaneous calls or high volume
users in the business of making or taking phone calls should use our
Business Bulk Plans. AleesVoip retains the right to require account
upgrade or suspend service if the calling habits are outside these
guidelines.
- Calling plans are restricted for use by only a
single AleesVoip number/SIP device to prevent abuse. Unlimited
calling plans allow for one simultaneous call and are not designed
for users who wish to send multiple calls at the same time.
- Call forwarding to PSTN numbers requires the
account have Prepaid Call Credit as forwarding calls to PSTN is not
included with any unlimited plan.
- Toll free numbers are not accessible from Puerto
Rico and Alaska.
- US or Canada toll free number included with all
toll free plans.
- e911 Emergency Services are only included only with
accounts that purchase a AleesVoip Phone Number with DID numbers
purchased with unlimited Plan within USA and customer makes entry in
his Control Panel (CP) of the e911 address and keeps updating.
AleesVoip accepts no responsibility if the address of e911 is
wrongly entered in the CP.
- Pay As You Go service does not include a PSTN
phone number to receive calls.
- This plan is applicable for users making calls
on the AleesVoip network primarily. Customers who have the need to
make calls to a variety of locations within the territory and to
some of the larger metropolitan locations will find this offering
most useful. Call traffic should not terminate to off-network
locations a majority of the time. Should you have any questions
about the best plan for meeting your specific needs, consult a
customer service via email.
- We have the connection fee of 5 cents for each
call
Bulk Plans
- This plan is applicable for users making calls
on the AleesVoip network primarily. Customers who have the need to
make calls to a variety of locations within the territory and to
some of the larger metropolitan locations will find this offering
most useful. Call traffic should not terminate to only high cost
areas (off-net, NEA, proper). For Bulk Mexico, Brazil and US plans,
our policy dictates that no more than 20% of a plan's minutes should
terminate in these "high cost areas". We reserve the right to
suspend and/or cancel plans that violate this rule. No refund will
be given on remaining minutes under this condition. Should you have
any questions about the best plan for meeting your specific needs,
consult a customer service representative.
- Bulk Plans are monthly recurring plans. Each
month, on the anniversary of the plans purchase date, the bulk plan
will renew and you will be charged for the number of minutes chosen
in your bulk plan. Unused Bulk minutes will "rollover" to the next
month and be added to renewal amount so you won't lose unused
minutes each month.
- When a bulk plan is canceled or deleted, unused
minutes are lost and no longer available for use.
Shipping and Returns
AleesVoip Carrier company ships your order in a timely
fashion and with great care. We generally ship orders within 48 hours of
receiving them. If there is a shipping delay, they will notify you. If the
order included a telephone, they can ship your order via United Parcel
Service (UPS) or you can pick up your order at no extra cost. Please
choose the Flat Rate option if you decide to pick up your order at our
location.
Risk of Loss
1.
All items purchased from the
AleesVoip Carrier company Online Store are made pursuant to a
shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such
items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
2. To cancel an order just email service@AleesVoip.com and
if the order has not already been shipped you will receive a full
refund. You will not be able to cancel an order if your order has been
shipped or left the store of AleesVoip Carrier
company
.
3. AleesVoip Carrier company
cancellation policy for Pay-as-you-go
Membership is refundable only if the customer shows he/she could not use
the service due to clear technical difficulty.
4. AleesVoip Carrier company
accepts hardware returns to their store location only. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before
returning any merchandise to AleesVoip Carrier
company store.
The following are AleesVoip Return Shipment
Policies:
1. DOA/defective products are returned for
REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this
policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
2. Defective products must be in original factory
carton with all original packing materials.
3. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals,
accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials
are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
4. The Return Authorization number must be on the
shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
5. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products
received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for
return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be
refused.
6. Return Authorization numbers are good for
fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration
date will be refused.
7.If the product is found to be non-defective, an
inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to
your account.
8. AleesVoip credits based on purchase price or
current price, whichever is lowest.
Note: We will not process/verify any
order that does not have a valid contact phone number.
